Hother Associates were engaged as Cost Consultants and Contract Administrators on this high quality refurbishment of two single Grade I Robert Adams designed residences on Fitzroy Square.

The existing properties had been in use as a language school and they were to be restored to their intended use and former glory. Given their Robert Adams design and Grade I listing, English Heritage took a keen interest in every aspect of the design and construction.

The buildings’ layouts were to be returned to their original proportions, with additional leisure facilities being provided at basement level.

All aspects of the design and specification were of the highest quality, with specialists to be employed for many items such as fireplaces, windows, cornicing etc. State of the art M&E services were also to be installed.
