We acted as Cost Consultants on this conversion of offices to two 2-bedroom residential flats and a 3-bedroom maisonette.

The project was particularly challenging, with the ground floor retail unit remaining in use throughout the works and the addition of a lift to this Grade 2 listed building in a conservation area.

The refurbishment required sensitive treatment in order to maintain the listed character features of the interior and the external appearance.

Careful cost control and tendering procedures were essential for the success of this project.

The fixtures, fittings and finishes are of the highest quality, in keeping with this fine historic building.

The works were completed within budget and were fully let immediately following handover to the Client.
