Hother Associates acted as Cost Consultants on the fit-out of 30,000 ft2 of office accommodation for Michael Page.

 Following on from our involvement as Cost Consultants on the successful £50m redevelopment of Victoria House on Southampton Row, London W1 for Garbe UK Limited, we followed-up the shell fit out with a full Category B office fit out to Michael Page’s specification.

The complex fit out was delivered under Sectional Completion, allowing for the provision of remote back-up generation and a Business Continuity (Disaster Recovery) Suite.

This project was delivered successfully, overcoming the particular challenges of a very short programme and a changing Client brief. Flexibility and communication were the keys to the success of the project.
