Hother Associates acted for Sugar Reef Limited as Cost Consultants, Project Managers and CDM Consultant on this exclusive restaurant and nightclub just off Piccadilly Circus in central London.

The Pan Pacific restaurant caters for up to 1000 customers on two very distinctive levels, over a total area of approximately 15,000 square feet.

The fully air conditioned facilities include the restaurant itself, a cocktail bar, a private members bar and a basement dance area. The whole facility is fitted out to the highest standard and is now one of London’s most exclusive venues, frequented by the great and the good.

The project, which required not only high quality services and finishes also necessitated substantial demolition and structural alterations and was carried out on the fastest of tracks; it being completed and ready for opening within 16 weeks of taking possession.
