Hother Associates acted as Cost Consultants on this £1,200,000 office project for Stoner Appliances Ltd. The project comprised the total re-cladding and re-roofing of the five storey building and full refurbishment of the common parts and reception. The works were highly phased to cope with a building which was 90% occupied and had to kept fully weather-tight and operational behind a constantly moving internal working zone hoarding.
