Hother Associates were engaged as Cost Consultants and CDM Consultant on this office and retail Development in Soho for Shaftsbury plc.
A Grade 2 listed building was extensively refurbished including the upgrading of the floor structure to current institutional office standards and the restoration of a 17th century staircase.
Under the same contract the internal parts of the adjoining building were demolished and the façades retained. Behind the existing external walls a new four-storey fully air-conditioned office building was constructed, with ground floor and basement retail units.
