Hother Associates acted for Namco Operations Europe Limited as Cost Consultants, Employer’s Agent and CDM Consultant on the fitting out of their Family Entertainment Centre in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The Family Entertainment Centre has 16 ten-pin bowling lanes, American pool tables and an extensive collection of video games for all ages.

A tight contract period of 16 weeks and access limited to a hoist to first floor level made for a challenging project, which was completed successfully on time and to budget.

A number of non-standard and highly innovative construction materials have been used to produce a thoroughly exciting internal space.
