Hother Associates acted as Cost Consultants and CDM Consultant for Great Portland Estates on this £2,100,000 refurbishment project, comprising reception, common parts, lifts and 21,000ft2 of offices. The reception and circulation areas were refurbished to a high standard of finish, with entrances and lifts brought up to the latest standards required by Part M of the Building Regulations. All works, which were phased, were carried out whilst the building is partially occupied by existing tenants.
