Priory Healthcare Ltd has a range of properties on the extensive site of their renowned hospital and clinic. Hother Associates acted as Cost Consultants on this £1,400,000 refurbishment and extension of the Eating Disorders Unit.

The Eating Disorder Unit provides specialist in and out-patient care to Priory Healthcare Ltd’s exacting standards. This demanded a high degree of care and sensitivity from the construction team. The incorporation of high quality services installations and specialist healthcare equipment into the existing inflexible concrete shell, was a particular challenge, which was successfully met by the team.
