Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators on the Cat A & B office fit-out for this top-ranking practice of Architects.

When Assael Architecture needed to expand and had identified a new location in Putney, Hother Associates provided services to enable negotiations with the new landlord and procured a suitable fit-out contractor to provide offices fit for a high profile London Architect.

The first phase was successfully completed to coincide with the planned move date and a further annexe was later added, as Assael increased in headcount.

With the Client acting as Architect and with an in-house design team on site, the pressure was on to produce a first-class facility to exacting standards, with impressive results.
