Following demolition of the existing Borthwick Wharf building, the listed facades of Payne’s Wharf have been retained and are being incorporated within the new prestigious development.
Seven separate blocks (up to 16 storey) provide 257 new apartments together with 35,000ft² of commercial space and an underground car park for 200 cars.
The scheme has involved complex negotiations with the London Borough of Greenwich, English Heritage and several local interest groups/ bodies. This impressive development includes the latest renewable energy technology and several ecology measures to protect and develop the local wildlife.
